PASIAD or Pacific Countries Social and Economic Solidarity Association is established in Istanbul, Turkey as a social and economic solidarity association with Pacific countries. PASIAD believes that strength of friendship between countries is indispensable for the future and its secret is in our ability to discover and know each other.
With its long-time efforts in education, social field, culture and economy without discrimination of language, religion, color or nationality, PASIAD deserves to be called as a true discoverer with its activities and efforts to find the true humanity and its beauty once again.
With its representation in China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Philipines, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Laos and Indonesia allows a live cooperative relationship between these countries and Turkey.
In 2000, PASIAD signed an agreement of cooperation with The National Ministry of Education of The Republic of Indonesia, which was later on renewed with a Memorandum of Understanding with The Ministry of Education and Culture of The Republic of Indonesia on December 16th, 2011. Therefore together with its partner institution, PASIAD is in the service of the people in Indonesia and this cooperation help improve the development of education in Indonesia based on principles of nonprofit and mutual respect.
